The Market Data Analytics part holds the ownership for data collection, analysis, and reporting of market data to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility by integrating market information and available data into insights for business roles and leadership team. The Systems & SFE part is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness and productivity of the sales force by maintaining CRM, targeting, incentive design, and performance management. The role liaises between commercial strategy and field execution, increasing customer engagement through maximizing effectiveness and maximizing market performance.

Market Data Management: Manage internal and external market data sources and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports, aligned with local business stakeholders

Analytics & Insights: Analyze relevant market evolution, competitive dynamics, develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators to support strategic and operational decisions

Data processes: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical efficiency, support data governance initiatives and compliance with internal and external requirements and provide training or guidance to data systems usage (e.g. Power BI)

CRM Systems Management: Own and manage the CRM platform (SAP CRM and Scriptor), to support field force and marketing needs, aligned with local business priorities, translating commercial strategy into effective CRM processes, workflows, and reporting

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Design and manage sales force structure, sizing, and territory alignment, lead customer targeting and segmentation using prescription, sales, and promotional data, monitor field performance and identify productivity improvement opportunities

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal business stakeholders, support brand launches, cycle meetings, and sales training initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership on SFE and CRM Systems best practices, identifying and suggesting areas of improvements
Elvárások
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in market data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to document processes and data definitions clearly
- Experience in CRM, SFE, or Sales Operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
