Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email
Sharing product information and handling order-related inquiries
Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
Managing complaints and improving customer satisfaction
Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
Complying with data protection and security regulations
Maintaining positive and cooperative communication within the team and with customers
Minimum secondary education
Confident Dutch (C1) and English (B2) language skills, both spoken and written
Experience in a BPO (customer service) environment
Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
Basic IT knowledge (e.g., MS Office, WLAN, Bluetooth)
Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently
Higher education degree
Technical interest or experience
