Our parnter is looking for a Leader for its Factory Digitization Initiative. The selected individual will be responsible for developing strategy and driving execution globally for initiatives around MES, WMS, Automation etc. for efficiency improvements.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Requires a bachelorss degree in engineering, Computer Sciences, Management Information System, or Business Management.
• Proven track record of leading implementation of systems and automation across multiple factories
•  Experience in high technology manufacturing required
•  15+ years of relevant experience required
•  Ability to drive change and impact influence without lines of formal authority.
•  Interpersonal and leadership skills across multiple cultures in America, Europe and Asia

•  Perform map and gap to develop a strategy and roadmap for factory digitization including return on investment analysis
•  Develop a data analytics strategy across production, warehousing and services functions
•  Assist in refining capacity planning models to support S&OP process
•  Assist in developing cost and headcount modeling to support operations
•  Identify opportunities for automation to reduce total costs
•  Design system solutions to support Manufacturing Lean implementation
•  Understand technology trends that drive a digital culture, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business objectives
