Our partner is a stable, internationally operating industrial company specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom machines and complex, customer-specific production equipment for a global client base. To support their growing team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who acts as a key link between Sales and Engineering and plays an active role in preparing high-quality technical proposals.
Develop technical solution concepts tailored to customer needs
Support technical clarification during project acquisition
Validate and interpret RFQs
Prepare technical layouts, concepts, and cost calculations
Perform technical risk analysis and identify mitigating actions
Support project frontloading and FAT/SAT activities
Coordinate feasibility checks and technical trials
Contribute to standardization and development initiatives
Support internal teams with technical expertise and training
Lead handover of technical documentation to realization teams
Higher technical education
Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking
Fluent in English
Experience in customer consultation or technical solution selling
CAD knowledge
Structured, independent working style
Strong team collaboration skills
Willingness to travel: 20–40%
