Feladatok:
- Creation and maintenance of demo reservations in Demoweb
- Management of availability enquiries
- Supporting of Logistics activities / Managing Delivery Disputes
- Provide trainings and support to internal customers
- Ensuring delivery of agreed service levels
- Supporting team members on projects, events, doing back-up
Elvárások:
- Active or passive student status
- Fluent English knowledge (French, Spanish, German is an advantage)
- Reliable, structured, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced English knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in operations/order management
- Experience in extracurricular activities, student clubs, or volunteer projects is an advantage

Munkaidő:
- Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 17:00)
- Minimum 20 hours a week during this core time, preferred more if possible
- Enrolled trainee available for a long-term collaboration (e.g. 12 months or more)
