• Ensure adoption of architectural principles (Architecture Chapter)
  
• Ensure adoption of platform standards and CI/CD practices (Platform Engineering)
  
• Ensure adoption of testing strategies (QA Chapter)
  
• Act as an enforcement layer through people, reviews, and coaching
  

• Work closely with Architecture, Platform Engineering, and QA
  
• Contribute to shared initiatives (e.g. Golden Paths) without owning them
  
• Ensure alignment across teams
  

• Participate in complex development tasks and code reviews
  
• Support teams in solving high-complexity problems
  
• Lead by example in engineering quality
  

• Support adoption of modern engineering practices
  
• Improve developer experience in collaboration with Platform Engineering
  
• Identify and address systemic productivity issues
  

• Promote AI-assisted development practices
  
• Encourage use of modern AI tools (e.g. copilots, LLM-based workflows)
  
• Support experimentation and adoption of AI in engineering workflows
