We are looking for a new OPERATIONS AIR & ROAD FREIGHT TIMECRITICAL to our Budapest office, located in the 9th district!

● Coordination and control of 24/7 AIR & ROAD TIMECRITICAL transportation processes both inbound and outbound, covering the whole scope of forwarding in 3 work-shifts based on team organizations in advance
● Daily contact with subcontractors, service providers, opportunity for purchasing
● Close cooperation with QCS offices and freight forwarding agents worldwide
● Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with proactive solutions & communication
● Having the chance to grow business by providing best options to the customers
● Ensure financial and admin order
● Opportunity to increase knowledge in field of customs
● Meet qualitative and quantitative KPIs in terms of service level, data entry, customer experience in order to enable continuous growth and development
Your Skills And Experiences
● Minimum 3 working days / week
● Excellent problem solving skills, ability to make quick and accurate decisions
● Proactive and “can do” attitude
● Customer focused mindset
● Dynamic personality
● MS Office skills
● Willingness and ability to change and develop
● Act as a team member
