We are seeking a highly motivated Replenishment Intern to join our team. Your input will be instrumental to secure the proper service level to customer. In this role, you will collaborate with Distribution Center organization - Order Management, Warehouse operations and planning team. The Replenishment Intern should have strong analysis skills, with good ability to collaborate with others.
What you will do:
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas:
•To provide support in securing healthy portfolio management by ensuring correct dates on the orders and ensuring the 7 rights of logistics (getting the Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price)
•Be an active support to ensure that production and supply priorities are followed to secure the proper service level to customer
•To collaborate with Distribution Center organization - Order Management, Warehouse operations and planning community
•Assistance with managing:
othe continuous needs/resources balance (for raw material, components, finished products) in Distribution Centers,
ocreation and rescheduling of purchase orders,
ospecial flows related to Distribution Centers’ activity
•Ongoing university studies in a university in Hungary, in supply chain management, order management, quality, logistics or related economic field
•Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
•Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (both fluent speaking and writing)
•You have strong analytical skills, digital open mind-set, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data), SAP tool knowledge is considered as a plus
•You have great problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
•As soft skills we require good ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even with cross-cultural teams
•This role is convenient for a student part time, with supply chain or quality related interest
