What kind of tasks will you have?
Receiving customer orders (SAP, e-mail), production scheduling in collaboration with the master planners
Setting the delivery deadline
Creation of SD order in SAP, sending request for material number to the engineering department
Confirmation of the order
Handling of the order changes and the pre-shipment of requested parts
Sending the delivery date and documentation (delivery note, test reports) to the customer
Creating the orders for waste and material sales
Collection of requested documentation during audits (delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
Assistance in occasional tasks and projects
What makes you stand out?
You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline
Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong English or German knowledge
Min. 30 hours / week
