For our Partner in Budapest we are looking to hire an DSM manager
Tasks
- Provide functional and technical support across HR systems and processes and drive operational and continuous improvement projects for all Sanofi entities
- Understand change requirements at global and regional levels and translate them into actionable process and system changes
- Define and drive projects to implement bulk changes to organization, position, employee and contractor data
- Provide Level 2 support across all HR systems and processes and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
- Drive continuous improvement across EE processes in the captive shared service centre
- Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
- Drive projects to manage changes in bulk data in Workday relating to organization, position, employee & contractor of Sanofi entities globally and deliver the services as per their respective Service Level Agreements
- Understand change requirements at global, regional or local levels and define approach to administer data changes in bulk in project mode
- Coordinate data collection, validation, bulk upload sequencing, testing, control & sign-off
- Create / update organisation and position data either individually or in mass depending on business needs and ensure proper functioning of related interfaces
- Manage the employee & contractor master data life cycle (create, update, activate, deactivate, delete) as per Core Model process in close coordination with key stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
- Ensure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- Monitor operational KPIs to pro-actively manage execution issues
- Build, document and transfer EE Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to HR processes across different HR systems
- Provide Level 2 support as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database
- Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
- Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
Expectations
- Experience in Data Migration is needed
- Very good knowledge of Workday – min. 3 years of experience working with various modules
- 5 years of HR operations experience – very good knowledge of HR operations
- Fluent English
- Ability to present information and conduct trainings
- Ability to prepare training material
- Very good communication skills
- Project management skills is a plus
