Based on need, you support other countries within Eastern Europe Region in certain activities within your scope.
Creating Strategy
- Strategize, manage, implement external and internal events.
- Establish a robust Academic Interface Program.
- Drive the implementation of employer branding best practices to be ahead of competition.
- In cooperation with other stakeholders ensure that Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is relevant, engaging, and implemented through our internal and external events.
Event Organization
- Plan and manage the appearance and representation of the company on internal and external events.
- Create vibrant themes, concepts and organize several online, hybrid and in person events connected to the Employer Value Propositions, sustainability and business goals of the firm.
- In cooperation with the EB Coordinator responsible for internal and external communication, assure timely communication of upcoming events and postproduction of event documentary materials (photos, videos) aiming for the widest internal and external exposure on all levels of the organization and among our external target group.
- Maximize the number of registrations & participants at the events, consistently track the results and continuously work on developing those, keeping in mind the maximization of employee engagement and contribution to retention.
- Actively participate in benchmarking events, monitor competitors to ensure continuous improvements and innovation.
- Keep good relationship with corporate teams and implement global initiatives.
- Partner with the relevant internal stakeholders, connect and expose key information to drive brand alignment in employee engagement across the organization.
- Prepare detailed expectation (brief) for vendors, stakeholders (graphic designer, social media agency, printing press, videographer)
Academic Interface Programs (AIP)
- Develop Academic Interface Programs (AIP) strategy based on business strategy and needs.
- Cooperate with Stakeholders, Business while implementing the AIP strategy.
- Manage university cooperation related to different internship programs.
- Define, manage the appearance and representation of the company at Academic Interface Programs (e.g. job fairs, guest lectures etc.) to strengthen employer branding among university students.
Stakeholder Management
- Involve & engage employees in events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Build up and maintain great relationships and network with Stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth cooperation with internal stakeholders across the organization and external vendors (graphic designer, social media agency, photographer, video agency, university representatives etc.) on various creative projects.
Vendor management
- Timely and accurately management vendors related to Employer Branding activities including contracts, invoices, relationship management.
- Evaluate the vendors’ performance to be able to work with vendors who offer the best quality and price.
Beyond Business Initiatives
- Cooperate with stakeholders related to different beyond business initiatives.
- Actively participate in defining the annual beyond business programs and implementation of those.
Reporting and Administration
- Ensure continuous and accurate tracking, reporting of events and engagement actions and their results (ROI).
- Administration of invoices, vendor contracts.
- Ensure GDPR compliance.
- Manage and track of own budget.
