As an , you will lead our MAIT and Test Engineering groups and be responsible for team leadership, process development, and the successful execution of electronics and environmental testing activities.
Engineering Group Leader
Key responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the MAIT and Test Engineering teams, covering electronics assembly, integration, verification, and environmental testing.

Plan, prioritize, and coordinate engineering resources, test activities, schedules, and deliverables to support project milestones and product qualification.

Oversee electronics and environmental test campaigns, including functional, thermal, vibration, and other qualification or acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in MAIT and test processes, documentation, tooling, laboratory practices, and root-cause analysis.

Cooperate closely with Development, Systems Engineering, PMO, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure alignment across projects and successful execution.

Support organizational growth by defining competency development paths, training needs, and team expansion plans.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related technical field.

Several years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, integration, verification, or test engineering, including environmental testing.

Previous leadership or coordination experience, with strong people management, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good understanding of laboratory equipment, test procedures, technical documentation, non-conformance handling, and structured problem solving.

Proficiency in English.
Considered a Plus

Experience in the space, aerospace, defense, automotive, or other high-reliability industry is considered a strong advantage.

Knowledge of environmental test standards, qualification workflows, and electronics integration best practices.

Experience with process improvement, laboratory setup or development, and test equipment qualification is a plus.

Familiarity with ECSS, ESA, or other regulated engineering environments is an advantage.

Experience in industrialization, production scaling.
