Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the MAIT and Test Engineering teams, covering electronics assembly, integration, verification, and environmental testing.
  
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate engineering resources, test activities, schedules, and deliverables to support project milestones and product qualification.
  
• Oversee electronics and environmental test campaigns, including functional, thermal, vibration, and other qualification or acceptance testing, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in MAIT and test processes, documentation, tooling, laboratory practices, and root-cause analysis.
  
• Cooperate closely with Development, Systems Engineering, PMO, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure alignment across projects and successful execution.
  
• Support organizational growth by defining competency development paths, training needs, and team expansion plans.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
  
• Several years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, integration, verification, or test engineering, including environmental testing.
  
• Previous leadership or coordination experience, with strong people management, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.
  
• Good understanding of laboratory equipment, test procedures, technical documentation, non-conformance handling, and structured problem solving.
  
• Proficiency in English.
  

Considered a Plus

• Experience in the space, aerospace, defense, automotive, or other high-reliability industry is considered a strong advantage.
  
• Knowledge of environmental test standards, qualification workflows, and electronics integration best practices.
  
• Experience with process improvement, laboratory setup or development, and test equipment qualification is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with ECSS, ESA, or other regulated engineering environments is an advantage.
  
• Experience in industrialization, production scaling.
