We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our environmental test team, supporting the qualification and verification of high‑reliability electronics and space‑technology hardware. In this role, you will be responsible for executing vibration, thermal, and thermal‑vacuum (TVAC) tests, ensuring compliance with customer and space‑industry requirements.

Key responsibilities

Execute environmental tests including:

Vibration testing (sine, random, shock)

Thermal cycling and thermal‑vacuum (TVAC) testing

Additional tests such as humidity, bake‑out, or outgassing when required
-
Prepare and follow test plans, procedures, and test configurations
-
Set up and operate vibration shakers, climatic chambers, and TVAC systems
-
Install and verify instrumentation (accelerometers, thermocouples, pressure sensors)
-
Monitor tests to ensure safe operation and valid results
-
Troubleshoot test anomalies and equipment or hardware issues
-
Analyze test data and document results in clear, traceable test reports
-
Support test readiness reviews, qualification reviews, and customer witnessing
-
Ensure proper handling of sensitive hardware, contamination control, and ESD compliance
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

Experience in environmental testing of electronics, automotive, aerospace, or space hardware

Understanding of vibration, thermal, test principles
-
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and requirements

Hands‑on, structured, and detail‑oriented working attitude
Considered a Plus

Test automation or scripting experience (LabVIEW, Python).

Data acquisition and test control systems
-
Familiarity with ECSS, ESA, NASA, or MIL‑STD requirements

Familiarity with vacuum test principles

Knowledge of cleanroom, contamination control, and ESD practices
