Feladatok:

• 

  Strategic advice and cooperation with Japanese consultants in a team of 5 procurers

• 

  Comprehensive analysis and optimization of purchasing processes and order cycles, monitoring all order processes, identifying efficiency opportunities and cost optimization recommendations

• 

  Participate in the development of the long-term procurement strategy, managing the budget planning and monitoring process

• 

  Managing budget planning and financial analysis at expert level: detailed analysis and management of the procurement budget, advising on cost reduction measures

• 

  Organisation, ongoing maintenance and development of raw material databases to ensure that the data required for procurement decisions are up-to-date and accurate

• 

  Proactively participate in localisation projects and in the preparation of decision making, providing strategic advice to support the project, taking into account effective local implementation and global standards

• 

  Provide procurement analysis and future-oriented reports

• 

  Close cooperation and communication with global suppliers in English and Japanese: Maintain a continuous professional dialogue with suppliers to ensure best conditions and optimal supplier relations

• 

  Provide ongoing support and advice to internal departments on sourcing and logistics processes, ensuring smooth communication and increasing operational efficiency
