Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken), with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Team player who is flexible, structured, and focused on service and solutions
- Excellent organizational skills, MS Office knowledge
- Experience in the event, hotel or MICE industry (especially incoming tourism) is a strong advantage
- Independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic, paired with a professional appearance
- Local knowledge of Budapest and Hungary is a bonus

- Manage all phases of the event, from initial budget and planning through to final delivery and reporting
- Find, negotiate with, and contract the best suppliers and vendors for each project
- Provide personal, on-site support to international clients during site visits and event operations
- Research and select the best venues, restaurants, and activities across Hungary
- Help market and promote Budapest as a leading international MICE destination
