Our client is looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations for an initial 3-month period, with a potential for extension.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing tax calculations and filings, including monthly VAT and other periodic tax returns
- Performing accounts payable (AP) invoice booking, recording supplier invoices and archiving supporting documentation
- Coordinating payment arrangements, including scheduling and prioritizing payments based on received instructions
- Executing online banking entries, initiating payments and ensuring accurate financial recording
- Supporting monthly closing activities, including preparation of selected general ledger journals
- Conducting payroll calculations using internal payroll systems
- Assisting with audit processes and annual report preparation
- Handling ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks during the transition period
What you need to succeed:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience working with SAP
- Previous experience with payroll processes; familiarity with Nexon payroll software is an advantage, or willingness to learn quickly
- Fluent English as a working language
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
