In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the financial and operational processes of the legal team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on a daily basis.
Finance & Operations Specialist
Main duties and responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the e-billing system;
- Manage invoice interface errors and resolve related issues;
- Handle and monitor a shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses;
- Manage vendor processes, including onboarding, updates, extensions, and maintenance;
- Liaise with vendors to collect and validate required information;
- Handle general finance and invoice-related queries;
- Coordinate urgent and online payment requests;
- Prepare ad hoc reports and perform data analysis;
- Support accrual processes;
- Raise purchase orders for the Legal Operations team.
Required competencies
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Proactive, “can-do” attitude;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- Customer-focused approach;
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
