We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through detailed financial insights and analysis. In this role, you will work with financial data, monitor performance, and contribute to accurate reporting in a dynamic, international environment.
Analyze project costs, margins, direct expenses, and inventory to support financial performance tracking
Monitor order intake and backlog, ensuring accurate monthly reporting
Perform regular balance sheet and P&L reconciliations in line with both international and local accounting standards
Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX and company accounting policies
Support audit processes and contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Strong Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP, as well as internal control frameworks (e.g. SOX)
Confident English and Hungarian language skills
Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and reporting tools
Background in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
