As a, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial functions and providing strategic guidance to enhance our fiscal performance. This position offers a unique challenge as you will have the opportunity to dive into an evolving financial landscape and help establish processes and controls to support our growth and financial stability. You will be responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting, Cash Flow Management and Financial Reporting.
Financial Controller
Key responsibilities

Prepare and support the monthly and yearly financial planning as well as the month-end and year-end reporting

Operate a transparent and informative cash flow system

Manage cost and profit centers and support their planning

Monitoring project revenues, costs and resources and support the project managers in the allocation tasks and processes

Calculate and keep up to date the company’s billing rates

Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and analysis to management

Requirements
-
BSc/MSc degree in Accounting/Finance
-
Minimum three years of controlling and/or finance experience
-
Excellent MS Excel Skills
-
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
-
English (higher advanced/fit for negotiation)

Strategic thinking

Experience in related fields (technological or engineer organization)
