We are hiring for our partner who is building a new, fast-growing SSC hub and are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes, drive standardization, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of group and country-level reporting packages in line with defined timelines and governance standards
- Ensure standardized reporting structures across countries, aligned with central guidelines
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and consolidation processes
- Prepare clear, structured, and stakeholder-friendly reports with consistent KPIs
- Support business teams with reliable reporting, enabling deeper analysis and business partnering
- Develop and maintain reporting templates, tools, and frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across entities
- Lead and develop a team of financial reporting specialists
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting or controlling
- Proven people management experience
