Our multinational partner company is looking for candidates for Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent position with hybrid working setup in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
Be in contact with customers via phone, chat and email
Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
Contribute to maintain and increase the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
Fluency in Finnish and English knowledge
Customer service experience is an advantage
Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
