Our partner is an international service centre who is currently looking for a Manager in Fixed Assets Accounting.
Your new role
We are currently looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in fixed assets accounting to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, international environment.
In this role, you’d be:
- Owning fixed asset & lease accounting processes end-to-end
- Managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy
- Coordinating audit requests and supporting external/internal audits
- Leading and developing a small team (including offshore colleagues)
- Monitoring performance and handling escalations when needed
- Working closely with other finance teams and business stakeholders
- Overseeing outsourced service delivery and tracking KPIs
- Identifying process gaps and driving improvements/automation
- Contributing to reporting packs and management insight
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax, and internal policies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in accounting/finance (ideally 5+ years)
- Team leadership experience (or are ready to step up)
- Confidence in month-end close, reporting, and audit support
- Openness to driving process improvements and efficiency
