A French-speaking Buyer role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in Budapest.
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing purchase orders from initial request through final fulfillment
- Verifying submitted requisitions to ensure completeness and data accuracy
- Handling purchase order discrepancies, corrections, and clarification requests
- Coordinating the release of purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner
- Following up on orders to maintain delivery timelines and identifying suitable substitute products when needed
- Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, managing operational issues, and escalating complex cases to the Purchasing Manager
Requirements
- 0.5-3 years of experience in a customer focused environment position
- Fluency in English and French
- MS office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
