Daily Responsibilities:
- Update customer catalogue pricing for IT products.
- Source new products and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure global pricing and escalate issues.
- Create and improve inventory reports.
- Support forecasting and notify customers of stock shortages.
- Obtain local pricing and reporting from suppliers.
- Communicate with Sales Order Management.
- Assist in new customer acquisitions and transitions.
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience, IT hardware knowledge preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Access. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Team player with initiative.
- Experience in developing best practices.
- Willingness to self-learn and solve challenges.
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
