Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French-speaking HR Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working setup.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the contact person for employees and managers in France
- Manage HR processes and handle HR queries efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with local French HR colleagues to ensure smooth support
- Prepare HR reports and presentations
- Support the onboarding and daily work of junior colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR or business field
- Fluency in French and English
- 2-4 years' experience in HR environment
- Strong familiarity with French labour law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
