Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French-speaking Sales Order Management Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working option.
Main responsibilities:
- Order tracking, resolution of issues and queries
- Daily communication with customers, vendors and other departments
- Process orders, participate in pricing and invoicing
- Contribution to maintain and increase the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Fluency in French and English
- 0-2 years' experience in order management or logistics or buying or internal sales
- Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
