French Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Feladatok
- Handle inquiries from customers and partners, providing product and service information.
- Solve technical problems, collaborating with Level 2 specialists for complex cases.
- Manage customer data in compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Perform effective follow-up to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate continuously with the team, customers, and partners.
Elvárások
- C1 level French and at least B2 level confident English language skills.
- Native level Hungarian knowledge
- At least a high school diploma (college/university degree preferred).
- Customer-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Confident knowledge of MS Office suite.
