General Manager állás Országos

• Responsibility for all local operational activities of the Company, in particular short and medium-term financial planning, budget preparation and monitoring, planning and monitoring of liquidity as well as development of income and expenses in Hungary.
  
• The development of sales strategies and marketing plans to increase the market share in the distribution of different product-lines
  
• Preparation of management meetings, general meetings, annual and business reports for the regional management
  
• Responsibility for all local commercial activities of the Company including but not limited to the preparation of the annual financial statements of the company
  
• Responsible for all Human Resources tasks, in particular the recruitment, management and motivation as well as competence development of the staff, staff welfare and insurance issues
  

• Diploma / preferably Master Degree in Economics / Business Administration
  
• At least 5-10 years of experience in technical sales environment (machinery manufacturing) with management role and proven success in stabilizing growth, with broad managerial responsibility
  
• Strong in analyzing, planning and decision making based on Sales and local finance
  
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
  
• Experienced in project and process management and control of all stakeholders
  
• Leadership experience and strong employee management skills
  
• Proven problem-solving skills, risk- and results-oriented mindset, possesses a high level of conflict resolution and stress resilience to ultimately achieve the best possible outcome
  
• Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously, deliver results through service mentality and understands how to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Collaboration/networking skills, able to develop a comprehensive network of partnerships, experience in a global matrix management structure
  
• Settled person with hands on mentality, sales focus, KPI driven
