Our partner is a multinational company located in Budapest is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Coach for a team of 15-20 members.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare training materials and development plans
- Deliver customer service trainings and coaching sessions
- Provide regular feedback and support the professional development of colleagues
- Identify gaps and needs, actively look for improvement opportunities
- Work closely with team leader and manager to create a positive and safe environment for the team
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service/service desk positions
- Experience in training, coaching and developing people
- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, can-do attitude
