Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for German-speaking Level 1.5 IT Support Specialist candidates with hybrid working option in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for the customers
- End user and digital experience monitoring, tracking
- Conduct investigations, perform regular health checks
- Analyse trends, participate in process improvement
- Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
- High school diploma or university degree
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in IT support (1st level or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
