The German Speaking Commercial Advisor (Software) role in the Budapest Centre of Excellence plays a key part in supporting presales activities and managing customer relationships. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, providing the right software solutions, and supporting the quotation process efficiently and accurately.

The purpose of the role is to contribute to the creation of competitive offers and support business performance by leveraging software portfolio knowledge and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

German Speaking Commercial Advisor (Software)

Feladataim

• As a member of the Inside Sales presales team, you contribute to keeping customers’ IT infrastructure up to date
• Act as a key contact for existing business customers, handling requests related to software products
• Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal teams (sales, service, technical experts)
• Create configurations in vendor tools and prepare accurate, compliant quotations
• Handle customer requests of varying complexity, from simple quotes to multi-year agreements and complex solutions
• Apply your knowledge of the software portfolio to recommend the best solutions
• Support pricing and quoting processes and contribute to process optimization

Az Ön képzettségi szintje

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a presales or commercial support role
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Basic understanding of IT systems
• Basic business and commercial awareness
• Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to work both independently and in a remote, international team
• Strong communication skills
• Customer- and process-oriented mindset
