Feladatok:

• Support the management and reconciliation of customer accounts
• Assist with cash collection activities and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Contact customers via phone and email to obtain required documents and information
• Help investigate and resolve customer account queries and payment-related issues
• Monitor customer portfolios and maintain accurate account records
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and support administrative tasks
• Escalate customer disputes or payment issues when necessary and support their resolution

Elvárások:

• Ongoing university studies with active or passive student status for at least 6 more months from onboarding
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Economics or related field – at least completed the first year of studies
• B2 level English and German language skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus

• Be able to invest at least 20-25 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
