Global Process & PMO Intern - Budapest állás

We are recruiting a Global Process & PMO Intern for our partner, a major global player in the energy and business services sector. This isn't just a support role—it’s a deep dive into how a global organization optimizes its operations. You will work with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to automate systems, map workflows, and improve the user experience of digital platforms.

• Process Optimization: Use Signavio for process mapping and mining to identify bottlenecks and optimize business workflows.

• P2P Automation: Support the automation of procurement guidance within the SAP Ariba P2P system to streamline global buying.

• Project Management (PMO): Assist the GPO team in managing project loads, tracking activities, and documenting PMO best practices.

• Strategic Research: Conduct market analysis on risk management systems and benchmarking studies on industry trends.

• Learning & Development: Build and maintain digital learning paths for various business units to ensure teams are upskilled.

• Analytics & Reporting: Perform business analysis on contracting activities and team workloads to provide data-driven insights.

• Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Supply Chain.

• Technical Literacy: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, SAP, or Ariba is a massive advantage.

• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy solving puzzles, mapping out "how things work," and finding a faster way to do them.

• Communication: Fluent English is required to collaborate with multi-country teams.

• Availability: Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week.

Competitive Hourly Wage: 2145 HUF per hour.
