FrieslandCampina is one of the sixth largest dairy companies across the globe. They produce and sell products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts.

Feladatok:

• Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration
• Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into our systems in full and on time and in line with our internal policies and local/global regulations
• Connecting data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives
• Supporting our knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status (in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Training Development)
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English and Greek
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools

• Experience in the field of HR

• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week

• Gross 2300 HUF/hour
