A Hardware Engineer – HW Validation Tools role is available at one of our world‑renowned multinational partners, a key contributor to automotive audio and electronic technologies. The organization provides a high‑level engineering environment with strong international exposure.
As a Hardware Engineer, your main tasks are:
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into detailed test plans
- Coordinate and align test plans with internal departments and customers
- Design and execute validation tests for audio components (amplifiers, speakers)
- Plan and perform mechanical, environmental/climatic, and electrical tests
- Manage and coordinate external testing activities
- Support the commissioning of test equipment and participate in the design of new equipment and fixtures
- Optimize and continuously improve testing processes and measurement methods
- Prepare test summaries, interim reports, and final test reports, and present results to stakeholders
- Support plant and engineering projects in cooperation with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in a similar validation or testing role
- Knowledge of electrical measurement and testing techniques
- Independent and structured working style with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to precision and quality
- Presentation skills and solid PC user knowledge
- Working proficiency in English
