Our partner is the world leader in the building industry, who is looking for a new colleague in the following position: HR Business Partner.

Feladatok:

• Align HR policy, tools, and initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives to speed fulfillment of those objectives
• Select and retain attracting talents with the right competencies and attitudes
• Develop, coach and train employees
• Advise management proactively on changes and potential issues related to labour relations
• Strengthen the corporate culture

Elvárások:

• HR experience min. 3 years in similar role, within international production company
• Higher degree
• Good English skills in speaking and writting
• Knowledge in the field of labor law
• Experience in coaching and mentoring managers
