HR Coordinator
An HR Coordinator position opened at our multinational client's Budapest office. They have become a European IT security innovator, specialising in advanced monitoring techniques.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and providing hands‑on, end‑to‑end HR support. The position is suited to someone with a strong operational HR background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for employee support.

In this role, you will:
- Provide end‑to‑end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contracts, benefits, and absence management.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling HR‑related inquiries and requests via internal systems.
- Support the HR Business Partner on employee relations matters and ensures compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with payroll and other HR functions to ensure data accuracy, pay item alignment, and end‑to‑end process compliance.
- Continuously improve and streamlines HR operations, contributing to local, regional, and global HR projects and initiatives.
- Manage Hungarian trainee programs and supports employer branding activities such as job fairs and campus events.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities efficiently and handle confidential information.
