Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, being able to independently manage a headcount of 30+ employees.
Legal & Language Skills: Deep knowledge of Hungarian labor law and working proficiency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
HR Operations: Strong hands-on experience in day-to-day employee case management, end-to-end onboarding, and offboarding.
Payroll & Tech: Proven track record in monthly payroll data coordination with providers, plus proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and Word.
Trust & Engagement: A highly trustworthy, empathetic personality capable of driving internal HR campaigns and guiding managers.
Coordinating employee retention initiatives and recognition programs.
Managing job descriptions, annual leave tracking, and absence administration.
Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR databases.
Facilitating seamless onboarding and structured offboarding experiences (including exit management).
Compiling and delivering regular monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and metrics.
Ensuring full GDPR compliance across all HR administration and processes.
Administering and coordinating mandatory Health & Safety and First Aid training programs.
Supporting annual salary review processes, including documentation and contract modifications.
