Feladatok:

• Monitor and operate existing HR automation workflows to ensure consistent performance and timely execution
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in automated processes
• Support the development and testing of new automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate
• Help document processes, workflows, and automation logic
• Perform data validation, cleanup, and preparation for automation
• Collaborate with HR team members to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or masters degree preferably in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related fields
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting (e.g., VBA)
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and HR operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

• Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism)
• Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation platforms
• Knowledge of SharePoint or Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Availability to work 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
