-1-3 years of working experience preferably in recruitment
-bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field (HR, Operations Management, Business Management, Psychology)
-excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude
-affinities with marketing / employer branding
-maintain communication with applicants, agencies and stakeholders
-act as a talent advisor and give your recommendations, understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategy for each position;
-conduct pre-screening, on-site interviews and coordinate interviews for the Hiring Manager
-lead and monitor recruitment processes
-partner with hiring managers
-track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition processes
-create and own an amazing candidate experience
-identify gaps for improvement, initiate continuous improvement initiatives that support our growing
