We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator for the Budapest center of our multinational partner, operating in the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for keeping the SharePoint environment running and providing SharePoint support and building workflows. The new colleague is going to be working to build the new structure based on the company strategy to migrate some of the solutions to the Cloud, with a focus on the Microsoft Office 365 Platform.
Hands-on experience in SharePoint (3-5 years)
Fluent in English
Working knowledge of the PM methodology, processes and tools
Openness to work in a team and with other cultures
Nintex knowledge is a big advantage
This role is responsible for:
Maintain the availability of the SharePoint environment on premise and on cloud.
Keep the environment updated in a way to support the applications and infrastructure of the SharePoint Platform.
Build and support the SharePoint workflows, as well provide the necessary training to the user community.
Work close to the third-party companies that provide technology and tools on the SharePoint platform, to ensure that the applications and workflows will work as expected.
Keep the documentation of the environment updated and follow the internal procedures in terms of Change Management.
Meet the SLA and KPI numbers agreed with the internal customer
Will have the possibility to grow, move to other position with different specialization, even to another country
