We are looking for a Support Engineer to assist in providing technical support to the customers of our client: a Cisco Premier Certified Partner and a Cisco Solution Partner, being one of the leading software firms in the Unified Communication compliance, recording and archiving software field.
The Company's solutions are used by 500+ customers in 50+ countries on 5 continents.
3+ years of work experience, preferably in a customer facing job
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, application-level protocols, firewall technology, MySQL and Microsoft SQL databases and Windows servers/clients
Install and Support the Company’s Software products
Support Network Operation
Provide first response to client support queries
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Working closely with the Engineering and Development team in testing
Coordinate with other support engineers and integrator partners
