Our partner, Hungary's largest agricultural machinery manufacturer, is looking for an Inhouse SuccessFactors Learning Consultant to join their team.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in IT consulting for SAP SuccessFactors Learning / Talent Management
- In-depth knowledge of configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors Learning and connected systems
- Experience in setting up and managing SuccessFactors Notifications
- Desirable: Experience with Integration Center and SuccessFactors APIs (e.g., for data imports/exports, interfaces)
- Experience in implementing and managing SuccessFactors Skills, Competencies, and Growth Portfolio frameworks
- Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Experience working in agile environments (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Optional: Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for complex integration scenarios
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German language skills are a plus
- Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Learning, and possibly other modules)
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Performance, Recruiting)
- Skills in reporting and data analysis within SuccessFactors
