1) Complaint handling
a. BAU owner for complaints process
b. Ensuring holding response deadlines are met
c. Liaising with Sales, COO, Compliance & other specialist functions (Global Markets, Product etc) to ensure delivery of a good client experience

2) Platform & Operational Risk Committee
a. Agenda preparation – Draft agendas to be reviewed by COO team
b. Scorecard update – Work on collating and updating MI in P&ORC scorecard, liaise with teams across Compliance, Distribution COO & Product Engineering to get necessary data (Red Oak, Complaints, Reverse Solicitation, Seed arrangements etc)
c. Simplified procedure refresh – Work with COO & Sales team to refresh simplified procedures on an annual basis

3) Seed arrangements
a. Coordinate with Sales, Product, COO & KYC/AML in Budapest to ensure timely & correct KYC/AML for clients

4) Product Margin
a. Help in updating of product margin file for ETFs on an annual basis – this involves sourcing updated costs with relevant teams (e.g. Fund Accounting) and helping the COO & Product teams in developing a more enhanced version of the tool

5) Finances
a. Tracking of invoices/expenses to help alleviate strain across the team. Working with Business Approvers to put a process in place that helps better track spend
b. Possibly in collaboration with FP&A, diving further into spend and possibly even DFE spend (I think this is a fairly big task when you consider the $9m rebate that suddenly appeared)

What you need to have:
– Must have interest to learn analytical process, data manipulation
– Windows-based software skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
– Language Skills: fluent in English
– Must be driven to organize, categorize, sort and clean data
– Knowledge of the investment management industry and finance is a plus
– Either in the process of completing bachelors or masters degree, preferably with a specialization in business/management, finance, economics, or a related discipline. Knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus
– For this position you’ll need an European citizenship or a valid hungarian working permit
