DIGIC Pictures, a studio specialized in high-end animation and visual effects, is looking for a proactive and organized IT Coordinator to support our internal technical operations.
DIGIC has been making 3D animated films for more than twenty years. We have won numerous prestigious awards and created short films for world-renowned brands such as Call of Duty, Netflix's Love, Death & Robots and Amazon's Secret Level series. Our team is currently working on several high-profile projects, including the animated film series based on the world-famous card game Magic: The Gathering for Netflix.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly, coordinating day-to-day IT activities, and helping our artists and production teams work efficiently.
IT Coordinator (Hun+Eng Speaking)
Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the ticketing system – prioritize incoming requests and incidents

Coordinate day-to-day IT operations and ensure timely issue resolution

Act as the first point of contact for internal users, providing assistance and guidance

Communicate and align with other divisions and external partners on IT-related matters

Organize and oversee internal IT projects from planning to completion

Maintain IT documentation and propose process improvements
Essential Skills
-
Degree or relevant experience in IT or a related field

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (IT support / coordination / helpdesk)

Strong English and Hungarian communication skills both spoken and written

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Confident user of Windows, and ticketing systems
Desirable Skills

Experience in internal IT support or project coordination

Familiarity with ITIL or basic project management principles

Knowledge of Windows Environment, Active Directory, or basic networking concepts
