IT Operations Specialist
Key responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments (including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy).

Administration and monitoring of Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).

Installation, configuration, backup management, and performance optimization of MSSQL databases.
-
Management of user accounts and access permissions (Active Directory, Azure AD).
-
Supervision of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN services.
-
Handling of backup procedures and disaster recovery operations.
-
Execution of system updates, patches, and security hardening measures.
-
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
-
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users.
Requirements

At least 2–3 years of experience in system administration or IT operations.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.

Confident administration skills in Linux operating systems.

Experience with MSSQL database management (installation, maintenance, backups,

performance tuning).

Ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
-
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).

Basic knowledge of PowerShell or Bash scripting.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in English
Considered a Plus

Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).

Hands-on experience using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix).

Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.

Knowledge of Veeam Backup solutions.
