Join our partner's student team in Budapest in IT PMO Intern position with gross salary 2750 Ft/Hour!
Feladatok:
- Support the IT PPM lead with maintaining and updating project and portfolio data
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries
- Coordinate collection of project updates from project managers and stakeholders
- Help ensure data quality and consistency in project plans, RAID logs, and financial tracking
- Assist with meeting preparation: agendas, minutes, action follow‑up
- Support documentation management, process updates, and SharePoint/Teams content maintenance
Feltétel
Elvárások:
- University studies in Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Must have completed at least 2 years of university studies
- 0-1 years of experience in project coordination, process support, administration, data handling, or any role involving structured work and stakeholder interaction.
- Confident communication in English
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
