Elvárások / Requirements
- Degree in Economy / Business Administration / Finance & Controlling or other relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of Finance / Controlling / Accounting or other relevant field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices (IFRS or HAS) or experience in audits
- Ability to oversee and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain clear overview in a fast-paced environment
- High fluency in Hungarian and English – German is an advantage
- Good communication skills as well as analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Distinct understanding of financial numbers

- Supporting the monthly and yearly closing process in an accurate and timely manner (revenue accruals, provisions, intercompany reconciliations)
- Regular balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting the monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgeting process
- Managing the billing cycle (incoming invoices / issue outgoing invoices) and monitoring payments
- Working on process improvement projects
- Performing internal control tasks and assisting with audits to ensure compliance with financial standards
- Keeping active contact with internal departments and project managers, assisting with finance related question
