Junior Recruiter – Shared Service Center (SSC)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and people‑oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing Shared Service Center in Budapest. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every applicant.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and proactive search
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
Assist in hiring for a variety of SSC roles (finance, HR, customer service, IT support, logistics, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a customer‑facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Positive attitude and a genuine interest in people
