To keep our momentum strong in Hungary, we’re looking for a Recruiter Specialist who owns the full recruitment lifecycle and delivers high‑quality hires through strong partnerships and data‑driven execution.
What you’ll do
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for positions within our Hungary GDC
• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates using diverse channels and tools
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and priorities
• Manage vendors, job fairs, and walk‑in days to ensure continuous talent flow

What you’ll be responsible for
• Sourcing candidates and building healthy, qualified talent pipelines
• Conducting pre‑screening, HR interviews, coordination of technical and management rounds
• Delivering professional candidate experience, feedback, and quality evaluations
• Managing offers, salary negotiations, and hiring decisions
• Maintaining ATS accuracy, compliance documentation, and recruitment reporting

What we’re looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing or end‑to‑end recruitment
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Structured, proactive, and hands‑on working style
• Fluent English communication skills
• Confident user of Office365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Recruitment experience in outsourcing, SSC, or IT environments
